Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that M C Bowker, of Jacksons Jolliffe Cork, Lowgate House, Lowgate, Hull HU1 1EL, was appointed Liquidator of the above-named Company on 22 March 2004.

Creditors are required to send their names and addresses and particulars of their claims, to the Liquidator, on or before 19 April 2004. If so required, by notice in writing from the Liquidator, personally or by their Solicitor, Creditors must come in and prove their debts at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice. If they default in providing such proof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
