Notice is given that a Petition has been presented to Her Majesty in Council by the Library Association praying for the grant of a Supplemental Charter. Her Majesty has referred the Petition to a Committee of the Privy Council. All Petitions for or against such a grant should be delivered at the Privy Council Office, 2 Carlton Gardens, London SW1Y 5AA, on or before 5 February 2002.
