Notice is hereby given that on 24th March 2022 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Grampian, Highlands & Islands at Aberdeen craving the Court inter alia that Citi Hostel Limited, having its registered office at 19 Adelphi, Aberdeen, AB11 5BL (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and to appoint a liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff at Aberdeen by interlocutor dated 25th March 2022; ordained the said Citi Hostel Limited and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen Sheriff Court, 53 Castle St, Aberdeen AB11 5BB within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
