Petitions to Wind Up are part of the winding up by the court corporate insolvency process. The associated Gazette notice advertises that the petition has been served. The notice details when and where the petition will be heard, and invites those who intends to appear on the hearing to support or oppose the petition to give notice of their intention. This notice should be placed in The Gazette 7 working days prior to the hearing, and 7 working days after it has been served.
