Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 17 September 2013 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 17 September 2013, I, Janice Monica Margaret Gray of 38 Graveney Grove, Penge, London SE20 8XG, a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Karen-Janice Gray and assumed the name of Janice Monica Margaret Gray.
