Notice is hereby given pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of creditors of the above company will be held at Fortis House, 160 London Road, Barking, IG11 8BB, on 14 November 2013, at 3.15 pm, for the purposes provided for in Legislation section: Sections 99 to 101 of the Act.

If no liquidation committee is formed at this meeting, then resolutions may be taken specifying the terms on which the liquidator is to be remunerated and disbursements charged.
