What is this notice?

Part of the creditors’ voluntary winding-up corporate insolvency process.

  • Notice of a meeting of creditors called by the liquidator in the case of a company winding up that is registered in Scotland, where the liquidator is of the opinion that the company will be unable to pay its debts in full (together with interest at the official rate) within the period stated in the directors’ declaration.
  • Notice of a meeting of creditors called by the liquidator in the case of a company winding up that is registered in Scotland.
  • Notice of a meeting of creditors or of contributories for the purpose of ascertaining their wishes in all matters relating to the liquidation.
  • Notice of a meeting of creditors called by the liquidator in the case of a company winding up that is registered in Northern Ireland.
  • Notice of any meeting of creditors (virtual or physical) that is due to take place in a creditors’ voluntary liquidation.
