A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, Phoenix Petrol Stations Limited, of Fairfax House, 15 Fulwood Place, London, presented on 21 August 2013 by SOLID PEOPLE LIMITED, of Suite S1, Unit 1 Verulam Business Centre, 224 London Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 1JB, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at The Royal Courts of Justice, The Chancery Division, Companies Court, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, London EC4A 1NL, on 7 October 2013, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
