NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of Creditors of the above named Limited Liability Partnership will be held at:
Regus, Quatro House, Lyon Way, Frimley Road, Camberley, Surrey, GU16 7ER, on Tuesday the 3 September 2013 for the following purposes mentioned in Legislation section: Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act:
• presenting a statement of the Limited Liability Partnership’s affairs to the meeting;
• considering the appointment of a liquidator;
• considering the appointment of a liquidation committee.
At the meeting creditors may be invited to confirm the basis of the remuneration of the liquidator appointed by the meeting and, if appropriate to confirm the payment of the costs of convening the meeting and preparation of the statement of affairs.
