THE HARINGEY (SPURS MATCH DAY CPZ) (PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO. 17) ORDER 2013

  • 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 30th May 2013 the Council of the London Borough of Haringey made the above mentioned Orders under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
  • 2 The general effect of the Orders will be to:
    • a remove a parking bays outside No. 34 Sheldon Avenue, N6 and No. 1a Hurst Avenue, N6 to facilitate vehicle crossovers to residential properties;
    • b shorten a loading bay on Mattison Road, N4, at the side of No. 496 Green Lanes and introduce double yellow lines;
    • c extend double yellow lines on Harringay Road, N15, the east side, at its junction with St. Ann’s Road; and introduce new:—
      • i Monday to Sunday 8-6:30pm waiting restrictions at that location;
      • ii double loading blips at the junctions of Green Lanes and St. Anns Road and St. Anns Road and Harringay Road;
    • d extend double yellow lines on Waverley Road, N8, at its junction with Crouch End Hill;
    • e introduce new double yellow lines in Shepherd’s Hill, N6 outside the entrances to Nos. 51, 53 and 53a;
    • f introduce new double yellow lines in Hampden Lane, N17, outside No. 68 and remove match day parking at that location.
  • 3 Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation on 3rd June 2013, of the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Orders, together with plans and more detailed particulars showing the locations and effects of the Orders may be inspected, throughout the period that they are in force, during normal office working hours, at the Traffic Management Group, River Park House, 2nd Floor (North), 225 High Road, Wood Green, N22 8HQ.
  • 4 If any person wishes to question the validity of the Orders or of any of their provisions on the grounds they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under that Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
