NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Legislation section: Sections 106 of The Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 that Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above named company will be held as follows: Date 14 June 2013, Place: 47/49 Green Lane, Northwood, Middlesex, HA6 3AE, Time: 10.00 am (Creditors) for the following purposes:

1. to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and to receive the Receipts & Payments Account including the Liquidator’s remuneration.
