Notice is hereby given pursuant to Legislation section: Rule 4.54 of the Legislation: Insolvency Rules 1986 that a meeting of creditors of the above named company has been summoned by the joint liquidators and will be held at the offices of James Cowper LLP, 1 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1BR on 5 June 2013 at 10.00 am for the purposes of seeking creditor approval to the members’ choice of liquidators, considering the basis of the joint liquidators remuneration, authorising the liquidators to act jointly and severally in the conduct of the liquidation and to consider whether the creditors wish to form a creditors’ committee.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting is able to appoint another person as his or her proxy holder to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy holder need not be a member or creditor of the company. Proxies must be duly completed and lodged, along with a valid proof of debt form, with the Liquidator at James Cowper LLP, 1 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1BR no later than 12 noon on the business day preceding the meetings.
