Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 36(2) of the Partnership Act 1890 that Anne Elizabeth Carlisle MacDonald retired on 6 March 2013, as a Partner in the Partnership formerly consisting between Angus Crawford MacDonald, Katherine MacDonald and Anne Elizabeth Carlisle MacDonald and known as The Higher Hill Farm Partnership of Higher Hill Farm, Butleigh, Glastonbury BA6 8TW (the “Partnership”). Angus Crawford MacDonald and Katherine MacDonald will continue the Partnership under the same name of The Higher Hill Farm Partnership of Higher Hill Farm, Butleigh, Glastonbury BA6 8TW.
