Notice is given that Peter Richard Brough resigned as a partner in the Partnership previously subsisting between Geoffrey Allen, Clare Joanne Hall, John Hynes, Simon Stuart Giles and the said Peter Richard Brough, carrying on business as solicitors at 28, Lumley Avenue, Skegness, Lincolnshire; 6 High Street, Alford, Lincolnshire, 31, High Street, Sutton-on-Sea, Lincolnshire; and 6, High Street, Spilsby, Lincolnshire, with effect from the 6th October 2012. Geoffrey Allen, Clare Joanne Hall, John Hynes, and Simon Stuart Giles will continue to carry on the said practice in partnership with Benjamin Paul Neal under the same names of Brough Hall + Co and Tinn Criddle & Co at the same addresses.
