Pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 (“the Act”), a meeting of the creditors of the above named company will be held at the Forsyth Business Centre, Tower Court, Oakdale Road, Clifton Moor, York YO30 4XL on 12 October 2012 at 10.30 am .
