Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above company will be held at the offices of K S Tan & Co, 10-12 New College Parade, Finchley Road, London NW3 5EP on Wednesday 10 October 2012 at 12.00 noon for the purpose of dealing with Legislation section: Sections 99 to 101 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 . Mr Kian Seng Tan of K S Tan & Co is qualified to act as an insolvency practitioner in relation to the above and will furnish creditors, free of charge, with such information concerning the company’s affairs as is reasonably required. Secured creditors (unless they surrender their security) must give particulars of their security and its value if they wish to vote at the meeting.
