Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 Legislation: of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 27 Market Street, Milnsbridge, Huddersfield, HD3 4ND, on 27 July 2012, at 10.15 am for the purposes mentioned in Section 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act being to consider a statement of the Company’s affairs, to appoint a liquidator and if appropriate to appoint a liquidation committee.
