Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of creditors of the above named company will be held at Regis House, Malthouse Avenue, Cardiff Gate Business Park, Cardiff CF23 8RU on 24 July 2012 at 1.00 pm for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act, i.e. to receive the statement of affairs of the company to be laid before the meeting by the director(s), to appoint a Liquidator and, if the creditors think fit, to appoint a Liquidation committee.
