1. Dr Nicholas John Dawes, Dr Susan Anne Dawes, Dr Saugata Majumdar and Dr Richard Darling practised in partnership as family doctors under the name or style of The Dawes Family Practice from surgery premises at 83 Spotland Road, Rochdale OL12 6RX.

2. Dr Nicholas John Dawes and Dr Susan Anne Dawes both retired from the partnership with effect from 30 September 2011.

3. Dr Saugata Majumdar and Dr Richard Darling continue to practise as partners from the said surgery premises.
