SECTION 116 HIGHWAYS ACT 1980

Take NOTICE that Birmingham City Council, being the Highway Authority for the City of Birmingham, intends to apply to the Magistrates Court sitting at Victoria Law Courts, Corporation Street, Birmingham on 1 December Two thousand and Eleven at 10.00 am for an order that the highway being two parts of Dovedale Road, Kingstanding, Birmingham, the western part having a length of 13m and a width of 6m at its southern point which tapers to a point at the northern end, and the eastern part having a length of 58m which tapers at its southern most point, increases to 8m and then tapers to a point at the northern end, be authorised to be stopped up on the ground that they are unnecessary.

The effect of the said order is shown on the plan which may be inspected free of charge at the offices of the Council’s Legal Services Department, Ingleby House, 11‑14 Cannon Street, Birmingham, B2 5EN on weekdays during normal office hours and at Kingstanding Neighbourhood Office, 20 Rough Road, Kingstanding, Birmingham B44 0UY .
