Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Partnerships Act 1907, that on 27 September 2011, PARIN PCC Limited Cell DH LP IV transferred to Partners Group Client Access I, L.P. Inc. 100% of the interest held by it in Doughty Hanson & Co IV Limited Partnership Number Two being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP8605 (the “Partnership”), and thereafter on 28 September 2011 Partners Group Client Access I, L.P. Inc. transferred the 100% interest to 1) Dover Street VII L.P. as to 66.67% and 2) Pinebridge Secondary Partners II Holdings L.P. as to 33.33%, and as a consequence 1) Dover Street VII L.P. and 2) Pinebridge Secondary Partners II Holdings L.P. were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership and PARIN PCC Limited Cell DH LP IV and Partners Group Client Access I, L.P. Inc. ceased to be limited partners in the Partnership.
