Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 98(1) of The Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) and Rule 4.53D of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that a meeting of the Creditors of the above named company will be held at Basepoint Business Centre, Aviation Park West, Enterprise Way, Christchurch BH23 6NX on 13 July 2011 at 11.30 am .
