A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Airport House, Suite 43-45 Purley Way, Croydon, Surrey CR0 0XZ, presented on 13 January 2011 by FLOGAS UK LIMITED, of Rayns Way, Watermead Business Park, Syston, Leicestershire LE7 1PF, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice at The Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 2 March 2011, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
