Notice is hereby given that we, Tommaso Ahmad and Paul Bailey of Bailey Ahmad Limited the Joint Liquidators of the above named Company, intend to declare and distribute a first and final dividend to creditors of the above named Company within the period of four months from the last date for proving mentioned below.

All creditors of the Company are required, on or before 9 February 2011, which is the last date for proving, to prove their debt by sending to Tommaso Ahmad of Bailey Ahmad Limited, 257b Croydon Road, Beckenham, Kent, BR3 3PS, a written statement of the amount they claim to be due from the Company and, if so requested to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary.
