Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors of the above named company will be held on 23 December 2010 at 12.00 noon at The Grange, 100 High Street, London N14 6TB. Resolutions to be taken at the meeting, includes a resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated. A proxy form to enable a creditor to vote, must be lodged, together with a statement of claim, at the offices of Bond Partners LLP, Suite 2 - 1st Floor, Turnpike Gate House, Birmingham Road, Alcester B49 5JG, not later than 12 noon on 22 December 2010. The proxy form and statement may be posted or sent by fax to 01789 767 845. Secured Creditors may only vote for the balance of the debt, which will not be recovered by enforcement of the security, unless right to enforce is waived. A list of the names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the offices of Bond Partners LLP, The Grange, 100 High Street, London N14 6TB on the two business days immediately prior to the meeting, between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm. If no Liquidation committee is formed, a resolution may be taken specifying the terms on which the liquidator is to be remunerated. Secured creditors (unless they surrender their security) must provide details of the security and its value if they wish to vote at the meeting. The vote can only be in respect of the balance of the debt remaining unsecured. A creditor who cannot attend in person, may nominate another person to attend and vote on their behalf, or may appoint the Chairman of the meeting (who is a director of the Company) to vote on their behalf instead.
