Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 Legislation: of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Holiday Inn, Leigh Road, Eastleigh, SO50 9PG, on 25 November 2010, at 11.30 am . Under Sections 99 to 101, the purposes of the Meeting are to receive a Statement of Affairs and a report on the Company from a Director, and if the Creditors wish to do so, to nominate a Liquidator and appoint a Liquidation Committee. The Resolutions to be taken at this Meeting may include a Resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated and the Meeting may receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the Meeting. Creditors may vote either in person or by proxy and forms of proxy are available. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged at the Registered Office not later than 12 noon on 24 November 2010. For the purposes of admission for voting, a proof of debt should also be forwarded to the Registered Office. For the purposes of voting, a secured creditor is required (unless they surrender their security) to lodge at the Registered Office - 97 Leigh Road, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO50 9DR, before the Meeting, a statement giving particulars of their security, the date when it was given, and the value at which it is assessed. Notice is further given that Kevin James Wilson Weir of Benedict Mackenzie, 97 Leigh Road, Eastleigh, Hampshire, S050 9DR, (IP No. 9332) is a person qualified to act as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner in relation to the Company who will, during the period before the day of the meeting, furnish Creditors, free of charge, with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require.
