In accordance with Rule 4.106, I, Edwin D. S. Kirker of Kirker & Co., Centre 645, 2 Old Brompton Road, London SW7 3DQ, give notice that on 12 February 2010 I was appointed Liquidator of the Company by the members and creditors. Notice is hereby given that the creditors of the Company, which is being wound up voluntarily, are required on or before 11 April 2010 to send details of their names, addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts and claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to the undersigned Edwin D. S. Kirker at Kirker & Co., Centre 645, 2 Old Brompton Road, London SW7 3DQ, the Liquidator of the said company, and if so required in writing from the Liquidator, are personally or by their solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as may be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution.
