Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: section 98 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the Offices of Lovewell Blake, 89 Bridge Road, Oulton Broad, Lowestoft, Suffolk NR32 3LN, on Thursday 25 February 2010, at 10.30 am, for the purposes mentioned in sections 99 to 101 of the said Act. Resolutions specifying the terms upon which the Liquidator is to be remunerated, approving the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and the costs of convening the Meeting, may be considered at the aforementioned Meeting. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged no later than 12.00 noon on Wednesday 24 February 2010, at the offices of Lovewell Blake, 89 Bridge Road, Oulton Broad, Lowestoft, Suffolk NR32 3LN . A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors may be inspected, free of charge, at this same address, or upon request, by fax, between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm on Tuesday 23 February 2010, and 10.00 am and 5.00 pm on Wednesday 24 February 2010.
