A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Unit 10 Fifth Avenue, Hirwaun Industrial Estate, Hirwaun, Rhondda Cynon Taff CF44 9UP, presented on 6 March 2009 by GARY COSGROVE, trading as Grovegate Financial Funding whose office is situate at Suite 17 Henley House, Queensway, Swansea West Business Park, Fforestfach, Swansea SA5 4DJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company. The said Petition was dismissed by a Consent Order dated 30 June 2009. The Company failed to honour any of the terms of the Consent Order and upon application on notice by the Petitioner an Order was granted on 3 November 2009 in the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division), Cardiff District Registry at The Civil Justice Centre, 2 Park Street, Cardiff CF10 1ET that the Consent Order dated 30 June 2009 be rescinded pursuant to Rule 7.47 and the Petition be reinstated. The reinstated Petition will be heard on Monday 11 January 2010, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard) at Cardiff County Court at The Civil Justice Centre, 2 Park Street, Cardiff CF10 1ET.
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on Friday 8 January 2010.
