Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 Legislation: of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of creditors of the above-named Company will be held at The Warwick Arms Hotel, 17 High Street, Warwick, CV34 4AT, on 01 December 2009, at 10.30 am for the purposes provided for in Sections 99 and 101 of the Act. A list of the names and addresses of the Company creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the offices of Senate Recovery Limited, 4 Jury Street, Warwick, CV34 4EW, between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm on the two business days before the meeting. If no liquidation committee is formed, a resolution may be taken specifying the terms on which the liquidator is to be remunerated. The meeting will receive information about or be called upon to prove, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting.
