Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 Legislation: of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at S G Banister & Co, 40 Great James Street, London WC1N 3HB, on 12 November 2009 for the purposes provided for in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. Pursuant to Section 98(2)(a) of the Act such information concerning the Company’s affairs as may be reasonably required, will be furnished, free of charge, by Tim Clunie, of S G Banister & Co, 40 Great James Street, London WC1N 3HB, during the period before the day on which the Meeting is to be held.
