Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 Legislation: of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Unit 7 Oxonian Park, Langford Locks, Kidlington, OX5 1FP, on 25 August 2009, at 11.00 am for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. Both Gavin Geoffrey Bates and Peter John Windatt of BRI Business Recovery and Insolvency, Kings Chambers, Queens Road, Coventry CV1 3EH, are qualified to act as Insolvency Practitioners in relation to the Company and will, during the period before the day of the meeting furnish creditors, free of charge, with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require.
