Pursuant to Rule 11.2(1A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, notice is hereby given that the last date for proving debts against the Company is 28 August 2009, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, Paul Adam Weber, of Leigh Adams LLP, Brentmead House, Britannia Road, London N12 9RU, the Liquidator of the Company. Notice is further given that the Liquidator will declare a First and Final Dividend to unsecured Creditors within a period of 4 months from the last date for proving. A Creditor who has not proved a debt by the date specified above may be excluded from the Dividend.
