Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that in relation to the interest held by it in Carlyle Iberostar Partners I, L.P., being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP011677 (the “Partnership”), Bundora Associates Inc. transferred 100% of its interest in the Partnership to Dickson Invest & Trade Ltd., and consequently on that date, Dickson Invest & Trade Ltd. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership. This transfer was accepted by the General Partner of the Partnership on 3 March 2009 but deemed to be effective by each party to the transfer on 1 January 2009.
