THE SECRETARY OF STATE hereby gives notice that he has made an Order under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highways (West Midlands) (No. 27) Order 2009” authorising the stopping up of highways at Ludford Road, Spring Hill Road and Rowan Road, Camp Hill, Nuneaton, Warwickshire to enable the development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with planning permission granted to Base Architecture & Design by Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council on 9 June 2006 under reference 010153.

COPIES OF THE ORDER MAY BE OBTAINED, free of charge, on application to the Secretary of State, addressed to the National Transport Casework Team, Government Office for the North East, Citygate, Gallowgate, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 4WH (quoting reference NATTRAN/WM/S247/20) and may be inspected at all reasonable hours at Camp Hill Community Office, Ramsden Avenue, Nuneaton, Warwickshire CV10 9EB.

ANY PERSON AGGRIEVED BY THE ORDER and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of the 9 July 2009 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
