Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the members of the above named Company will be held at Gateway House, Highpoint Business Village, Henwood, Ashford, Kent TN24 8DH on Thursday 28 May 2009 at 10.00 am for the purposes mentioned in Section 94 of the said Act.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member of the Company.
