A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 101 Celtic Crescent, Castle Park, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 2TD, presented on 9 March 2009 by WILTS WHOLESALE ELECTRICAL COMPANY LIMITED, of Kennet Way, Canal Road Industrial Estate, Trowbridge, Wiltshire BA14 8BL, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Birmingham District Registry, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham, on 20 May 2009, at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
