Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 31 March 2009, Tachbrook Investments Limited transferred to Hinkley Investments Limited (the “Transferee”) $3.50 of its capital contribution of $10 in Abingworth Bioventures III A L.P. (the “Partnership”) a Limited Partnership registered in England, LP7437 and that with effect from 31 March 2009 the Transferee was admitted to the Partnership as a Limited Partner.
