In accordance with section 9 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that on 30 March 2009:
- a Lloyds TSB Maritime Leasing (No. 2) Limited and Kota SP Limited ceased to be Limited Partners and became General Partners; and
- b the Partnership reverted to a General Partnership.
The Partners are:
Kota GP Limited (as General Partner), Kota SP Limited (as General Partner) and Lloyds TSB Maritime Leasing (No.2) Limited (as General Partner).
