A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 11-13 Widmore Road, Bromley, Kent BR1 1RL (registered office), presented on 6 February 2009, by PORTAKABIN LIMITED, of Huntingdon House, Jockey Lane, Huntingdon, York, North Yorkshire YO32 9XE (registered office), claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on Wednesday 25 March 2009, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on Tuesday 24 March 2009.
