Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: section 98 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of Chipsaway (Staffordshire) Limited will be held at Kings Business Centre, 90-92 King Edward Road, Nuneaton CV11 4BB, on 13 March 2009, at 11.00 am, for the purposes mentioned in sections 99 to 101. The Resolutions to be taken at the Creditors Meeting may include a Resolution specifying the terms of which the Liquidator is to be remunerated. The Meeting may receive information about, or be asked to approve the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the Meeting. A list of names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection at the offices of Pattinsons, Kings Business Centre, 90-92 King Edward Road, Nuneaton CV11 4BB, on the two business days falling next before the day of the Meeting.
