Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final General Meetings of the Members of the Companies will be held at the following times:
13.45, 14.00, 14.15, 14.30, 14.45, 15.00, 15.15, 15.30, 15.45 and 16.00 respectively on 8 April 2009, at KPMG LLP, Arlington Business Park, Theale, Reading RG7 4SD, for the purposes of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Companies have been conducted and the property of the Companies disposed of, and of hearing any explanations which may be given by the Joint Liquidators.
