Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above named company will be held at: Sloan & Co., Granite Buildings, 6 Stanley Street, Liverpool L1 6AF on 27 February 2009, at 11.00 am to have laid before it a statement as to the company’s affairs for the purposes provided for in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act, namely to nominate a person to be liquidator for the purpose of winding up the company’s affairs and if thought fit, to appoint a liquidation committee. The Resolutions to be taken at the Meeting may include a Resolution specifying the basis on which the Joint Liquidators are to be remunerated, and the Meeting may receive information, or to be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the Meeting. Notice is also hereby given that Martin Henry Linton FCA and Paul Adam Weber FCCA of Leigh Adams LLP, Brentmead House, Britannia Road, London N12 9RU are qualified to act as Insolvency Practitioners in relation to the Company and will, during the period before the Meeting, furnish Creditors, free of charge, with such information concerning the affairs of the Company as they may reasonably require. If you intend to use the proxy form for the purpose of the meeting, the form, accompanied by a statement of your claim and proof of debt form, must be lodged at the Registered Office of the company situated at Brentmead House, Britannia Road, London N12 9RU not later than 12 noon on the business day before the meeting. Unless they wish to surrender their security, secured creditors must give particulars of their security and its value if they wish to vote at the meeting.
