Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 Legislation: of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at The Walnut Tree Inn, 21 Station Road, Blisworth, Northamptonshire, NN7 3DS, on 10 December 2008, at 11.00 am for the purposes provided for in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the Act. Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at this meeting may do so by proxy. Completed proxy forms must be lodged with Daly & Co, The Portergate, Ecclesall Road, Sheffield S11 8NX, not later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the meeting.
