Notice is hereby given pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above named Company will be held at St Georges Hotel, 14-15 Langham Place, Regent Street, London W1B 2QS on 14 October 2008 at 11.00 am for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99 to 101 of the said Act. A list of names and addresses of the Company’s creditors will be available for inspection free of charge 38 Langham Street, London W1W 7AR, between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm on the two business days prior to the meeting of creditors. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must lodge a full statement of account and (unless attending in person) a proxy form at the offices of Middleton Partners, 38 Langham Street, London W1W 7AR, not later than 12 noon on the business day before the Meeting of creditors. Secured creditors must, unless they surrender their security, give particulars of their security and its assessed value if they wish to vote at the Meeting. It should be noted that a resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated may be passed at the above meeting.
