A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Suite 114, The Business Design Centre, 52 Upper Street, London N1 0QH, presented on 16 June 2008 by ROYAL MAIL GROUP LTD, FORMERLY ROYAL MAIL GROUP PLC, of Royal Mail House, Stone Hill Road, Farnworth, Bolton BL4 9XX, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, at Chancery Division, Room TM 1.10 1st Floor, Thomas More Building, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 3 September 2008, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
