Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: section 98 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Begbies Traynor, No 1 Old Hall Street, Liverpool L3 9HF, on Wednesday 20 August 2008, at 10.30 am, for the purposes mentioned in sections 99 to 101 the Act.
