Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at KPMG, 2 Cornwall Street, Birmingham B3 2DL, on 01 July 2008, at 11.00 am for the purposes provided for in Section 99, 100 and 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The resolutions to be taken at the meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the liquidators are to be remunerated. The meeting may also receive information about, or may be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged not later than 12.00 noon on 30 June 2008 at the registered office of the company.
