Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of the Creditors of the above named Company will be held at 18 Sapcote Trading Centre, Dudden Hill Lane, London NW10 2DH on 4 July 2008 at 2.00 pm for the purposes mentioned in sections 99 to 101 of the said Act. Liquidator’s remuneration and disbursements and the costs of preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the meeting may also be considered at the Meeting. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged no later than 12 noon on 3 July 2008 at the offices of D. Wald & Co, 18 Sapcote Trading Centre, Dudden Hill Lane, London NW10 2DH, at which address a list of the names and addresses of the Company’s creditors will be available for inspection free of charge on the two business days before 4 July 2008 between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.
