THE EALING (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO.349) ORDER 2008

FARADAY ROAD

1. Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Ealing on 21 May 2008 made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Order would be to impose waiting restrictions applying at any time in the length of road specified in the Schedule to this Notice.

3. The Order, which will come into force on 23 May 2008, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at Mouchel Limited, 6th Floor, 58 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2ST, until 2 July 2008.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any relevant requirements thereof or any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may make application for the purpose to the High Court by 2 July 2008.
